Return & Refund Policy
Truthbrush.com can only refund orders placed directly through our website. For purchases made through another merchant or country, please contact your seller.
Truthbrush offers a 30-day return policy for fully functional, undamaged devices, subject to the exclusions below. Original shipping and handling are non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by Truthbrush. We allow one return or exchange per order. Partial returns, returns without packaging, or damaged products are not eligible.
Items Excluded from Returns - Final Sale Items
Already-shipped auto-delivery (subscription) items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes:
- Truthbrush Skin auto-delivery
- Pro Tracker Refresh Plan – battery, strap assembly auto-delivery
- Classic Tracker Refresh Plan - auto-delivery
These items ship with Truthbrush-paid shipping and contain wearable or consumable components that may come into contact with skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be resold or reused once shipped. As a result, all auto-delivery shipments are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. To stop future auto-delivery shipments, please cancel or modify your subscription before the next scheduled shipment date.

Before sending, please be sure to:
- Turn off the device (remove the battery completely for the Pro Tracker).
- Delete the tracker and/or hubs from your Truthbrush account/app.
- A 25% restocking fee applies if these steps aren't completed.
Restocking Fee for Damaged, Worn, or Incomplete Packaging
A 25% restocking fee applies if the returned package or products are damaged, worn, or missing accessories (e.g., user manual, battery, strap assembly). Return everything in original, undamaged condition to avoid this fee.
